Our cabin is situated high on a mountain overlooking the historic town of Rochford, and the popular Mickelson Trail. The Mickelson Trail allows users the opportunity to experience landscapes and wildlife that can’t be seen from the road. The trails and gentle slopes with easy access allow people of all ages and abilities to enjoy the beauty of the Black Hills. A leisurely stroll or a vigorous bike ride are your options on the trail.
The cabin is a native pine structure offering panoramic views of the valley below and mountains and trees above. Beautiful Black Hills slate graces the fireplace in the living room and outside social area. The cabin features 3 separate bedrooms, one queen, 1 full and 1 with 2 twins. All beds, bed linen, and pillows are new. The sheets are all a minimum 200-thread count with a fitted bottom sheet. Each bed features three pillows providing you a choice in firmness (some with soft down, some with firmer foam).
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel sink, refrigerator, stove, microwave and all cooking utensils and dishes.
A couple of TV’s, CD player, and VCR/DVD player and telephone keep you connected to the outside world.
